Terms and Conditions for Travelo Travel USA

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Travelo Travel USA (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with the Company and all travel services booked through us.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information, including full legal names, dates of birth, and passport details, as they appear on official travel documents. Any errors may result in denied boarding or additional charges, for which we are not liable.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documents, such as a valid passport, visas, and any necessary health certificates, for your entire itinerary. We provide information and guidance as a courtesy but are not responsible for your entry into any destination.
- Special Needs: You must inform us of any special requirements (e.g., dietary, mobility) at the time of booking. We will endeavor to communicate these to suppliers but cannot guarantee their provision.
3. Booking, Payments, and Pricing
- Reservations: A booking is confirmed only upon our written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or airline/ supplier-imposed changes.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your booking. Final payment is due no later than [e.g., 60 days] prior to departure. Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: All cancellations must be received by us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as outlined below and are in addition to any fees imposed by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
- More than [e.g., 60 days] before departure: Loss of deposit.
- [e.g., 30-59 days] before departure: [e.g., 50%] of total cost.
- Less than [e.g., 30 days] before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund).
- Changes by Client: Requests for changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur change fees from suppliers plus an administrative fee from us.
- “No-Show” Policy: Failure to arrive on the departure date will result in 100% cancellation fees.
5. Limitations of Liability
Travelo Travel USA acts as an intermediary between you and various third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies (“Suppliers”).
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, weather, political instability, and forces of nature. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
- Supplier Liability: We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, breaches, or negligence of any Suppliers or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses resulting therefrom.
- Company Liability: Our maximum liability, if found liable for any claim, shall not exceed the total commission we earned on your booking.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters. In such events, refunds will be subject to the policies of the individual Suppliers.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. This insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can provide information on available policies, but the purchase and understanding of the coverage are your responsibility.
8. Passports, Visas, and Health
It is your responsibility to verify the passport, visa, and health requirements for your destination. Requirements can change, and we are not responsible for providing the most current information or for any denial of entry.
9. Our Role as a Travel Advisor
We use our expertise to select reputable Suppliers. However, we do not guarantee the performance of any Supplier. All travel documents, including airline tickets and tour vouchers, are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing Supplier.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of [e.g., Florida], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [e.g., Seminole County, Florida], and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
